What is Summer Strength?
Summer Strength is a program focused on delivering premium strength training, education, and direct coaching for individuals of all fitness levels. This strength training program is specifically designed for those who want to build strength, increase muscle tone, and develop their muscular fitness. Summer Strength is a uniquely structured, progressive, and all-inclusive functional strength program that will enhance you the way you look, feel, and perform! Start Date: June 2
End Date: July 22
Frequency: 3 Days/week for 8 weeks (M/W/Th – 21 total classes)
Time: 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Pricing: $150 for current 3SCF members / $225 for nonmembers
Who is this program for?
This program caters for all strength levels! The exercises in the program are scaled to whatever you can do, so you don’t need to be at a certain level of strength in order to keep up with the training. This is an excellent program for a seasoned CrossFit athlete, but it’s also a great plan for anyone who has basic experience with strength exercises OR who is completely new to lifting.
Why should we train just for strength?
Strength is an incredible thing to build! Getting stronger and learning to move well under heavy weights is so beneficial to your everyday life, as well as other areas of your training. Lifting heavy weights is a lot of fun, but it also requires a certain amount of skill and mastery to shift maximum loads. Getting better at any skill requires time, consistency, proper instruction, and effort, so it’s important to set aside dedicated periods in your training where you make strength your main priority.
