Youth Sports Training Program

Is your child ready to take their sport-specific training to the next level?

Coaches Khristin Allen and Ian Randolph will help athletes develop strength, speed, agility, explosiveness, and more through our Youth Sports Training Program. Athletes will also learn injury prevention and further develop their competitive mindset.

Please note that this isn’t a “kids class” (we love our CrossFit Kids program for younger kids – stay tuned for more info on that!). This is a serious strength and development program designed for teen athletes to help maintain their edge, especially while most things are shut down. It’s led by two of our amazing coaches with backgrounds in strength and sports development. This all-around program is one you WON’T want to miss!

Ages: 12 – 18 years old
Cost: $125/month – $100 for each additional sibling
Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri – 2:00-3:00 p.m. – Starting Monday, June 8th – Limited spots available – Reservation required
